A fuller off-season
January and February you're full anyway. Our travellers come mostly March–May and October–December — exactly when your vans sit idle.

English-speaking support, online check-in with licence and passport, payments, cancellations and reviews: we handle it. You get a booking that's ready to hand over.
Your rules
You set price, minimum age, kilometres, deposit and border crossings. You can decline a booking within 48 h.
Booked weeks ahead
Every booking arrives at least 3 weeks before pick-up, so you can plan your fleet without last-minute surprises.

Confirm the van, hand it over with your condition report and deposit. We support the traveller in English during the trip.

The commission, simply
You set your daily price. Mate charges the traveller and keeps 12 % of the rental; 88 % is yours.
You still take the security deposit at hand-over, as always. No fixed fee, no minimum bookings, no exclusivity: keep renting through your own channels.
Questions
Do I have to be exclusive?+
No. Keep renting on your own and on other channels. Just let us know when a van isn't available.
Who covers damage?+
Your insurance, as today, plus the deposit you hold at hand-over. We offer travellers an excess reduction, agreed with you based on your policy.
Can I decline a booking?+
Yes, within 48 h of receiving it. If you can't deliver, we cancel and refund the traveller 100 % at no cost to you.
What if the traveller cancels?+
Mate's cancellation policy applies. If an amount is retained, 88 % of it is yours too.
When and how do I get paid?+
By bank transfer within 3 business days after pick-up, in dollars or pesos as you prefer.
Does it work if I only have one van?+
Yes. Private owners with a converted Kangoo or HiAce can join too, if the vehicle is in good shape and insured.
What if I don't allow border crossings or have a km limit?+
No problem: we show it on your listing and the traveller accepts it before paying.
